Hampshire County Council delivers Hampshire HAF through the connect4communities programme to all school-aged in receipt of benefits-related FSM who live, or go to school, in areas of Hampshire serviced by Hampshire County Council (this excludes the unitary authorities of Portsmouth and Southampton). Hampshire County Council Unique codes are directly associated with the eligible child registered with Hampshire County Council. Misuse of the codes will result in them being withdrawn and children unregistered from the programme.
